These are effective and drug-free headache and stress relievers!  Microwave on high setting for approximately 1-1/2 minutes.  Then wrap around the neck and relax!  Use with caution - the contents can get pretty hot.

• Lavender.  Made with Lavender flowers and essential oil.  Lavender is considered to be very relaxing.  It has long been widely used to relieve stress and headaches.

• Pepperment-Eucalyptus.  Made with Peppermint and Eucalyptus leaves and essential oils.  This combination can really be helpful when you're suffering from a stuffed up head.  Both ingredients work as decongestants and analgesics.  The combination is cooling, stimulating and calming all at the same time.
