Ingredients:  Arnica Flowers & St. John's Wort infused in extra virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax, Honey, Aloe, Vitamin E, Propolis, Essential Oils of Peppermint, Tea Tree, Camphor, Thuja and Rosemary

• Arnica is widely used to prevent, relieve and reduce swelling, bruises and pain.

• St. John's Wort is included as an anti-inflammatory.  It is considered to be helpful in speedy healing of bruises.

• Most of the bee products used in this balm - honey, propolis and beeswax - come from our own beehives.  Honey is included as an emollient.  Beeswax gives the product body.  Propolis, which is tree resin collected by bees, is believed to have anti-bacterial qualities.

• Aloe is added because it is soothing.  Vitamin E helps in two ways - it aids in the healing process, and it works as a natural preservative for the balm.

• Tea Tree is considered to have good anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties.

• Peppermint is cooling, refreshing, stimulating, and anti-inflammatory.

• Camphor is an analgesic that is likewise cooling, refreshing and stimulating.

• Thuja is thought to have anti-viral properties, and is soothing to muscular aches and pains.

• Rosemary works as a disinfectant, and is likewise soothing to muscular aches and pains.
